Gamania to Bring Warrior Epic to Asia

It has been announced today that Warrior Epic is set to be released in Asian markets such as Taiwan and Hong Kong.

In order to to accomplish this, True Games Interactive has signed with one of the top Asian game publishes, Gamania, to bring the game to the region.

Irvine, Calif.-July 1, 2009 – Global online game publisher True Games Interactive (www.truegamesinteractive.com) announced today that it has signed an exclusive deal with Top Asian Publisher, Gamania Digital Entertainment who will exclusively publish, distribute and operate True Games and Possibility Space’s upcoming MMORPG, Warrior Epic (www.warriorepic.com), in China.

New PvP Gameplay, Region

Hot on the heels of the launch of Warrior Epic is news of the game’s first expansion of content. New PvP gameplay for players level 10 and above, as well as an entirely new region, "Trogken Swamps", will be made available to players in a patch to be released this July.

IRVINE, Calif., June 17, 2009 – True Games, an international publisher of multi-player online games today announced that it is preparing the first expansion of new content and features for its recently launched MMORPG, Warrior Epic (www.warriorepic.com). The new expansion is scheduled to launch in July and will include all-new PVP gameplay that will be available to players who are level ten or higher. In addition, the expansion will also offer an all-new mid to high level region, "Trogken Swamps", which will feature tons of new missions, monsters, and unique gear for your Warriors.

Warrior Epic is an online, action role-playing game set in an original fantasy universe. In the game, players will assume command of a Warrior Hall from which they manage their characters’ adventures. They can recruit from a wide array of Warrior Classes, each with its own style of play.
The Classes and the Hall itself can be upgraded visually as well as functionally. Players adventure together in multiplayer campaigns, adventure mode, solo quests and soon, PVP.

One of the most unique aspects of Warrior Epic is that death does not mean the end of a warrior. Instead, it opens totally new and strategic options for players. The game’s unique Warrior Spirits System enables fallen warriors to not only be revived at any time at their hall, but also to be transformed into Spirits that can be bound to weapons to increase and open weapon abilities and skills, or they can be called out to inflict massive damage depending on player needs.

Launch Day Interview

The new microtransaction based MMORPG Warrior Epic is scheduled to launch today at 5PM PST. In anticipation of the launch, Keren Kang, the Assistant Producer on the title, took some time to talk about WE and its launch.

Can you tell us a little bit about what Warrior Epic is all about?

Keren Kang:

Of course! Warrior Epic is set in the fantasy world of Orsika, on the outskirts of the Kingdom of Providence. This kingdom was named after the last remaining hope to put an end to the hundreds of years of chaos brought about by corruption of a once thriving Empire. All it takes is a sliver of hope among this tragic history to turn things around. Players will find themselves in command of a Providian Hall (essentially a castle) where they will have access to what Providence has to offer.

May 19th Launch Date Set

True Games has announced that the launch date for Warrior Epic will be May 19th.

IRVINE, Calif., May 14th, 2009 – True Games, an international publisher of multi-player online games today announced the official launch date of its highly anticipated title Warrior Epic. The official launch date for North America is May 19th. Once the game is live, players are invited to join the battle and download the game for free at www.warriorepic.com.

Closed Beta Begins This Week

True Games has announced that the closed beta for Warrior epic will begin this week on April 30th.

IRVINE, Calif., April 27, 2009 – True Games, an international publisher of multi-player online games has announced the closed beta launch date of its upcoming title Warrior Epic. The closed beta for the game will launch this Thursday, April 30. Registration for the closed beta has begun, but a few spots are still open on the game’s website www.warriorepic.com so those interested in joining can register now. If selected to join the closed beta, players will receive a beta-key via the e-mail address they provided.

"We are excited to finally showcase all the updated features, cool content and all the polish that has gone into the development of Warrior Epic," said Peter Cesario, Director of New Business and Product Development. GOA to Publish Warrior Epic in Europe

True Games Interactive has announced that GOA will publish and operate their MMO Warrior Epic in Europe.

Orange County, Calif.-January 28, 2009 – Global online game publisher True Games Interactive (www.truegamesinteractive.com) announced today that it has signed an exclusive deal with GOA, Orange’s Games Unit. GOA will exclusively publish, distribute and operate True Games and Possibility Space’s upcoming MMORPG, Warrior Epic (www.warriorepic.com), across Europe. Earlier this year, True Games and GOA also partnered on True Game’s and Petroglyph’s upcoming MMORPG, Mytheon (www.mytheon-europe.com), which will be available later this year.

PIT FIGHTER

Pit fighters are the most powerful melee warriors. Hailing from two different regions, each specializes in different areas of combat. While the two vary in practice, both are adept in the base tactics taught by their masters. Targets that stray from the herd are dominated by the sheer power of the Pit Fighter’s melee swings. They are experts in hand-to-hand combat which allows for skills in AOE melee strikes. Their instincts are to defeat enemies swiftly, while escaping danger when overwhelmed. Pits have the ability to "Master" equipped weapons and items. This skill allows Pit Fighters to have altered weapons unique to any other weapon in the Kingdom of Providence.

Six Classes Revealed

True Games Interactive has released new information about the six classes of their MMORPG Warrior Epic.

ORANGE COUNTY, Calif., (January 22, 2009) – True Games Interactive, an international publisher of multi-player online games, revealed today the exciting details and a new video of the six unique character classes in Warrior Epic (www.warriorepic.com).
